The Wekeza’s World of Money program has been a transformative experience for our students at IQRA Bilingual Academy in Dakar, Senegal. Many of our students come from communities where economic hardship is common, but World of Money has taught them to see these challenges as opportunities for innovation and entrepreneurship. By breaking the cycle of poverty through financial literacy, Wekeza’s World of Money has unlocked the doors to true freedom for youth in Africa and worldwide, ensuring they have the mindset and resources to build generational wealth and economic security. With Sabrina Lamb at the helm, Wekeza/World of Money is empowering Senegal and the 31 nations our students hail from with the insight to recognize the power of financial literacy as a tool for social mobility, entrepreneurship, and community stewardship.
